Sun Jelly Sandal in Straw
A summer staple since 1946, these classic French jelly sandals bring playful, all-weather style to little feet. Made from recyclable PVC in France, each pair features a rounded toe, braided strap, and spiked, textured sole for a bit of extra grip. An adjustable ankle buckle means an easy, secure fit that keeps up with growing feet, and because the design is unisex and waterproof, they're just as great at the pool, beach, or splash pad as they are running around the backyard.
They're soft and flexible right out of the box. Sized for kids from toddler through big-kid, they're a durable, easy-care option that's built to be worn hard all season long.
- Made from 100% PVC
- These tend to run small. We recommend ordering 1 size up from your child's usual shoe size.
- Care: Clean with water and dry after use. Store away from heat in a dry, ventilated place in a cardboard box or fabric bag. To keep the shoes in the best shape, slide paper a inside while storing them.

About the Brand
Méduse was born in 1946, when postwar leather shortages sparked an unlikely icon: the first soft plastic beach sandal, originally called "La Saraizienne." Its silhouette — spiked sole, rounded toe, braided straps, molded from a single block of PVC — became an instant revolution, and by the 1960s it had cemented itself as a beach and city staple during fashion's most liberated decade. The Humeau family revived the sandal in the 2000s under the name "Sun," and it remains, five generations later, crafted close to home in Western France with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and the "Made in France" spirit. Nearly 80 years on, Méduse is still the original — playful, durable, and unmistakably French.
