Shipping + Delivery

We are now able to ship internationally. All orders ship directly from our warehouse in California.

Spilled Milk is able to provide free ground shipping via USPS for orders over $100+ USD within the continental United States and free shipping via DHL over $250+ USD internationally.

Shipping rates for all orders vary based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. A breakdown of these fees are provided in the cart at checkout.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days to the address provided. During times of high volume, such as sales and holidays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Delivery window ETA's are provided in the checkout process. Please note these are just estimate's and can vary depending on where the package is delivering to.

Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after DHL dispatch to the country it is going to, excluding any customs clearance delays.

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Spilled Milk is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your
behalf.

Packages shipped via standard shipping may ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system or UPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind weather related delays are always a possibility.

Please note, packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times.

- USPS Ground Advantage: once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday)
