Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my product?
To initiate a return, please click here.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns that are initiated and shipped back within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. All items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
U.S. returns can be refunded to the original payment method. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
For refunds to your original payment method, a flat $10 restocking and return label fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges. If you need assistance, please email us at customercare@getspilledmilk.com
If your return is received after the 30-day window, a shop credit will be issued via e-gift card.
You’ll automatically receive a notification once your return has been processed. Please note that banks may take up to 10 days to release the refunded funds.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip generated during the return process, and the package should contain only the items listed on that specific packing slip. Items that appear worn, washed, or not in original condition may experience delayed processing or may be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange. In such cases, the items will be returned to you.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: sale items, pacifiers, pacifier clips, hair accessories, swimwear, underwear, and gift cards. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we are able to now offer exchanges through our returns portal, please click here to start the process.
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
What about discount codes and price adjustments?
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively, and we’re unable to offer price adjustments at this time.
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We now offer international shipping via UPS. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs department. These costs will be clearly itemized in your cart at checkout. Please note that Spilled Milk does not reimburse customs or duty fees.
By placing an international order, you agree to the shipping policy outlined above. We strive to provide the best possible shipping experience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What are your shipping costs?
Spilled Milk is able to provide free ground shipping via UPS for orders over $150+ USD within the continental United States and free shipping over $250+ USD internationally. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and can be selected during the checkout process.
Shipping rates for all orders vary based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.
What are your holiday delivery deadlines?
For Christmas Delivery (12/25)
Ground Shipping: Order by Wednesday, December 17
Express (2-Day) Shipping: Order by 11am PST on Friday, December 19
Next Day Air Shipping: Order by 11am PST on Tuesday, December 23rd
For Hanukkah Delivery (12/15)
Ground Shipping: Order by Friday, December 5
Express (2-Day) Shipping: Order by 11am PST on Wednesday, December 10
What are your delivery times?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday to the address provided. During times of high volume, such as sales and holidays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
My package was lost, stolen or damaged!
Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Spilled Milk is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your behalf.
Can you update my shipping address?
If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to customercare@getspilledmilk.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus the $10 restocking fee.
Do you offer local pickup?
We now offer local pickup from our showroom in Costa Mesa, California. All local pickup orders are processed within 1 business day except for holidays.
Please wait until you receive an email notification confirming your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday thru Friday from 10am until 3pm PST.

How can I cancel my order?
Please reach out to customercare@getspilledmilk.com for any cancellation requests. We will always do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot make any guarantees especially during high volume times.
What if I receive the wrong product?
We're sorry! Please send an email to customercare@getspilledmilk.com with the following information; Customer Name, Order # and the wrong product description.
What if I want to speak to someone?
We would love to speak to you too! Email us at customercare@getspilledmilk.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
