How do I return my product?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! To start the exchange process, please email us at hello@getspilledmilk.com

We will place your requested exchange item(s) on hold for you for two weeks. If we have not received the original item(s) you would like to exchange within two weeks, we will release the requested item(s) and allow other customers to purchase them. 

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

What is your return policy?

U.S. returns can be refunded to the original method of payment.

For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $10 restocking + return label fee that is deducted from the amount refunded to you. This fee is waived if you wish to do an exchange.

All international returns are final sale and are not eligible for return.

A return must be requested within 30 days from the date marked delivered, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label). Package should only include items listed on that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. All Sale items, Pre-loved Items, gift cards, gifts with purchase). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

These items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns: All Sale items, Hair Accessories, Pacifiers + Pacifier Clips, Gift Cards and Gifts with Purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What about discount codes and price adjustments?

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. And we are unable to make price adjustments at this time.

Shipping

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes! We now ship internationally via DHL.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. These charges are included in a breakdown in your cart at checkout. Spilled Milk does not reimburse customs or duties.

By placing an international order with us, you agree to comply with our shipping policy outlined above. We strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How much will shipping cost?

Spilled Milk is able to provide free ground shipping via USPS for orders over $150+ USD within the continental United States and free shipping via DHL over $250+ USD internationally.

Shipping rates for all orders vary based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.

Customs + Duties Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. A breakdown of these fees are provided in the cart at checkout.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days to the address provided. During times of high volume, such as sales and holidays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

We offer international shipping for all orders via DHL Express Worldwide.

My package was lost, stolen or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Spilled Milk is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your behalf.

Shipping Address Policy + Returned Packages

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to hello@getspilledmilk.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed or is in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via the USPS/UPS tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus the $10 restocking fee. How can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to hello@getspilledmilk.com for any cancellation requests. We will always do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot make any guarantees especially during high volume times.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please send an email to hello@getspilledmilk.com with the following information; Customer Name, Order # and the wrong product description.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We would love to speak to you too! Contact Us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
