How do I return my product?

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment.

For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $10 restocking + return label fee that is deducted from the amount refunded to you. This fee is waived if you wish to do an exchange.

All international returns are final sale.

A return must be requested within 30 days from the date marked delivered, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label). Package should only include items listed on that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. All Sale items, Pre-loved Items, gift cards, gifts with purchase). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

These items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns: All Sale items, Hair Accessories, Pre-loved Items, Gift Cards and Gifts with Purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What about discount codes and price adjustments?

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. And we are unable to make price adjustments at this time.


What are your delivery times?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days to the address provided. During
times of high volume, such as sales and holidays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

When shipping with USPS to Canada, please note Canadian orders are consolidated and shipped to our retail partners in Canada. Your Canada Post tracking number will become active once your order is picked up by Canada Post anywhere from 3 to 7 business days after your order is shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Orders shipped with UPS, will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse via UPS.

How much will shipping cost?

Spilled Milk is able to provide flat rate shipping options to all U.S. states and Canada. Domestic ground shipping is free for all Continental U.S. orders $50+ USD
and free for all International orders $150+ USD.

We do offer expedited shipping rates which will be listed in the shipping options section of the checkout process. The customer will be responsible for expedited shipping costs if selected at checkout.

Please note international customers are responsible for all additional duties, taxes and related custom charges and are not included in your order's total. Please review Canada's regulations before completing your purchase.

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We currently ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada

My package was lost, stolen or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Spilled Milk is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your behalf.

How can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to hello@getspilledmilk.com for any cancellation requests. We will always do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot make any guarantees especially during high volume times.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please send an email to hello@getspilledmilk.com with the following information; Customer Name, Order # and the wrong product description.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to make exchanges; please reach out for a return label for the item you wish to send back and place the new order separately. We will happily wave the $10 restocking fee for you.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We would love to speak to you too! Contact Us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
