What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges that have been initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days from your order fulfillment date. All items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. We do not accept final sale items. We do not refund shipping charges.
Returns within the U.S. can be refunded to the original method of payment. All International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $10 restocking + return label fee that is deducted from the amount refunded to you. This fee is waived if you wish to exchange.
If your return is received after the 30 days, you will be issued a shop credit via an e-gift card.
You will automatically receive a refund notification as soon as your return or exchanges has been processed and approved. Kindly note, your bank may take up to 10 days to release the funds back into your account.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Package should only include items requesting to be returned. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
These items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns: All Final Sale items, Swimwear, Underwear, Pacifiers, Pacifier Clips, Hair Accessories, Special Collaboration, One-of-a-Kind or Handmade Pieces, Gift Cards and Gifts with Purchases.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I return my product?

Can I exchange?
Yes! We are now able to offer exchanges. Please visit our return and exchange portal here to get the exchange process started.
We will place your requested exchange item(s) on hold for you for two weeks. If we have not received the original item(s) you would like to exchange within two weeks, we will release the requested item(s) and allow other customers to purchase them.
What if my gifted order didn't work out?
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please click here to get the exchange process started and we can either issue you a gift card credit or exchange for another item of your choosing.
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Received a damaged or the wrong item(s)?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at customercare@getspilledmilk.com with the Customer Name and Order # included.
