How do I return my product?

What is your return policy?

Returns within the U.S. can be refunded to the original method of payment. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $10 restocking + return label fee that is deducted from the amount refunded to you. This fee is waived if you wish to exchange. Please email us at for help.

A return must be requested within 30 days from the date marked delivered, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label). Package should only include items listed on that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

These items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns: All Sale items, Pre-loved items, Hair Accessories, Gift Cards and Gifts with Purchases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange?

What if my gifted order didn't work out?

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, we can issue you a gift card credit. Please email us at

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Received a damaged or the wrong item(s)?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at with the Customer Name and Order # included.
