About the Brand
Karen Mabon founded her eponymous label in 2013 after graduating from London’s Royal College of Art. Celebrated for her distinctive illustrated silk scarves, the brand has since grown to encompass a broad range of luxury apparel, accessories, and homeware.
Raised on Scotland’s Black Isle and immersed in nature, Karen balanced this rural upbringing with a love of old Hollywood glamour, vintage treasures, and all things beautiful. Her illustrations are richly narrative, with whimsical characters, creatures, and curiosities leaping from each design. From collaborations with museums and palaces to partnerships across skincare, film, and travel, Karen Mabon delights in bringing her joyful, story-driven prints to unexpected places.
