Where do you ship?

We are now able to ship internationally. All orders ship directly from our warehouse in California.

How much will shipping cost?

Spilled Milk is able to provide free ground shipping via USPS for orders over $150+ USD within the continental United States and free shipping via DHL over $250+ USD internationally.

Shipping rates for all orders vary based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase.


Customs + Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. A breakdown of these fees are provided in the cart at checkout.

What are your delivery times?

We try our best to ship all packages within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order from our Newport Beach warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays). During times of high volume, such as sales and holidays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

If you need to receive your order quickly, please select an Expedited shipping option when checking out (Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air). All orders placed with Expediting shipping will be prioritized and sent out the same day if the order is received before 12pm PT Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are not expedited shipping options and will be processed in the order they are received.

All orders $500 and over require a signature and will ship via UPS ground.

Delivery window ETA's are provided in the checkout process. Please note these are just estimate's and can vary depending on where the package is delivering to.

Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after DHL dispatch to the country it is going to, excluding any customs clearance delays.

Please note Spilled Milk fulfillment center will be closed on Memorial Day, July 4-5, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Shipping Address Policy

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to hello@getspilledmilk.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed or is in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via the USPS/UPS tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus the $10 restocking fee. You will need to place a new order for the items. Please contact us at hello@getspilledmilk.com for any further questions.

My package was lost, stolen or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Spilled Milk is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your behalf.

What shipping providers do you use?

Packages shipped via standard shipping may ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system or UPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind weather related delays are always a possibility.

Please note, packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times.

- UPS 2nd Day Air: once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 business days (Monday-Friday)

- UPS Ground: once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday)

- USPS Priority Mail Express: once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 business days (Monday-Friday)

- USPS Priority Mail: once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 business days (Monday-Friday)

- USPS Ground Advantage: once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday)

-All international orders are shipped via DHL. Estimated delivery times are provided in the checkout process.
